Sam Smith Reining Horses is home to Sam and Kelle Smith. Sam Smith, a top reining horse trainer and rider has been in the reining horse industry almost since the beginning of the NRHA. While Sam has shown all disciplines of Western horses, he has always concentrated on Reining horses and felt that riding and training these remarkable athletes was his true calling. With 30 years experience in the horse industry, Sam has ridden such great horses as Winders Dude, Dry Oil Bar, Lydiah Pinkham Lore, Gun Town Charlie, Future Enterprises, Diamond Lil, The Advocate, Pure Lil Peppy, CR Bounty Hunter, Dry Desert Storm, Hollywood White, Dunnits Daisy, Dox Lucky Starlight, Lil Ruf Pep E Chex (pictured above with Sam), Okies Check Mate, Ruf N Smart. Miss Brim Star, Sailin Starlight, Downunder Diva, Miss Brim Peppy and The Dude is Ruf. With winnings closing in on the half million dollar mark Sam consistently takes his horses to top of their class.
